Illegally towed our car with video proof and clearly displayed parking pass. Damaged the car. Padlocked us in the lot when we went to retrieve vehicle, we called the police for being held against our will and illegal seizure- ultimately our vehicle was released without fees after police intervention. Very shady company.
Be aware of this scam. This company tows cars without valid reasoning. The parking spot below isn't marked and my girlfriend's car was towed, even though she was just visiting for the night. The parking spot isn't marked, validating it as open. Even after explaining this, they charged us $290 to get the car back. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
