Absolutely outrages fees! Minnesota needs laws that protect the individual and tow company, fair laws! Sure my son forgot to put up the visitors pass in the windshield, but $400 is theft in my opinion. $250 would have been fair for both parties!!!! You are nothing but "thieves" protected by laws.

This is a terrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone. They towed my car in the middle of the night even though I had the legal right to park there. On top of that, they charged me $520. This company basically stole my car in the middle of the night from right outside my own apartment, where I had every legal right to park. Then they forced me to pay $520 in cash to get my car back. Two separate friends have had their car towed after stopping over at my apartment to say hello. Less than 30 minutes both times, and half the lot was open. Both times there were people *triple parked* into the right-of-way, but they ignored them. One time we caught the truck as it was hooking up the car, and the guy charged him $100 cash just to unhook it. Pocketed the cash and text a "receipt" link, but never actually ran the transaction through their system, so there is no record of money changing hands. No visible plates ... read more
