These guys are the apex predators of extortion. It's not about keeping the lots free from cars that are improperly parked. No it's about taking a magnifying glass to find any convenient excuse to tow as many cars as possible for any reason. Legalized extortion in the form of a business with an 80% profit margin.
Came to my apartment building and towed my guests car from a guest parking spot. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable
Tried to overcharge me by 190 bucks.. scammers and cheats!! Don't go or use this business. If they had zero stars, I would have chosen it.
Utterly trash establishment end to end. Unlike most reviews here, I did not have a car towed. I was forced, however, to deal with their completely uninformed, untrained, unwilling staff who were very ready to make unfounded promises and waste my time several times. Make no mistake. This company makes money based on how long they can keep things, and it the only thing they are good at.
