Mark is an absolute legend, very professional and takes a LOT of pride in his work!
This place is great as I have forgotten about the instructions on how to operate the software l had in my car and after so many years gone by the people at the shop still remember me and help me l would recommend anyone who wants a good car systems to go to them, just been in forget to book an appointment with them and still they make time for me! After having a bad experience at one audio shop out west a few years ago I looked for another option for the next vehicle and visited many options. Mark and his team's professionalism from the first visit through to the job being complete was so refreshing! It made it an easy choice to go with them. They delivered everything they promised and more. Amazing sound tailored to your budget. Can't recommend them enough!
Had a full stereo upgrade in my Cupra through Rapid and couldn't be happier. Awesome customer service from Mark and Nick, when hitting them with uneducated questions they are happy to discuss in detail. The quality of their install is the best in the business. Originally I was trying to be clever with outdated knowledge and piece together a system, but should have just gone to them from the beginning.
