It is worth going to Rapid Radio just to behold the supercars that are always there. Or it is worth going just for the quirky humour of Nick and the team. But beyond that I have to say a huge "thank you" for the outstanding Pioneer system with wireless Carplay, you have installed, the keen pricing, the patient setup intro and the brilliant after-sales service. I'm delighted - and thank you again.* *No, I was not paid by Rapid Radio to write this!!!!
Excellent customer service and support. We had an issue with a product from a manufacturer, and Rapid Radio handled it with the customer as the priority. They made sure we were well looked after and went well beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them — they’re thorough, professional, and truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.
Mark and the team installed a new headunit and reverse camera for a great price in our 3rd car. A small issue arose but it was resolved without hassle and fuss, they went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend the Rapid Radio team 100%. Personally I won’t go anywhere else.
