Called Rapid Pro Services again after a kitchen remodeling crew failed to properly seal a hot water spigot they had modified. Haraldo sent Julio out, who identified the issue right away and made sure the rest of the house kept hot water without any leaking from the kitchen spigot. A small, mundane fix, but handled like a pro — fitting, given the name. Reliable and responsive every time we've called on this company.
Rapid Pro Services did excellent plumbing work re-routing our hot and cold water supply for a walk-in shower renovation. Haraldo was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout, and when a billing question came up he adjusted the invoice quickly and fairly. The plumber's work was clean and professional. Highly recommend for plumbing, HVAC, or renovation needs.
