If I could leave no stars I would... Every time I call the females at the front desk are rude, curt, and lack any sort of professionalism. It is impossible to get an appointment. They either do not show up or their appointments are weeks out. They had me waiting 3 hours for my appointment with no phone call. I had to call them to figure out why the technician has not stopped by. A phone call for that would have been the professional thing to do. If it were up to me I would not use this company. Told me it was $2550 to hook up sink water (only gave me cold quote was for both hot and cold to sink. Hooked up toilet it leaks in the back after every flush. Then they said it was $995 to get the hot water cold water to sink and hook up toilet. So I thought that was way to much consider water was just outside on wall. So I agreed. They started work had to leave 2X to get supplies. At 4 pm they said they were done and would be back tomorrow. I had no water, no toilet no sink. Their van was tailgating everyone on the road very aggressively. Almost drove into 7 cars. Need to retire the driver, his driving is very dangerous to our town.
I was highly impressed with the courteous service that (Peter) provided. It was late at night at Our place of buisness in Hemet Ca. We had a very bad Slab leak in our kitchen . They new exactly what to do and broke through the cement after cutting the tile carefully. The pipe was cut out and replaced quickly and we had the water restored. Also He explained to us that since it was a huge hot water leak. That was the reason for our water heater troubles.... After everything was said and done ....everything was working!!!
