Watch out! Just got billed for services from 12/23/21 even though I HAVE BCBS PPO insurance, the lab they sent the test off to was "out of network."😡 So now, I'm getting billed 11 months later over $350 for the parts not covered "in network". Also there are 2 separate dates and I only went there one time for a test in South Holland, but BCBS says one is for an office visit to a Chicago address I have never been to and appears to be an empty building.
I along with co workers visited their site and we had a very good experience

Got my daughter a Covid test January 18th 2022 and never received received I called several times and even went in persona few times with no response I wish I could rate it a-10 horrible service don’t come he go to another spot especially for pre travel or returning to work because you will never get them
