Garage entrance not on York Ave but on 70th St which is one way west bound. Make a left to 71st St @ York > Left to 2nd Ave > Left to 70th St > Continue past 1st Ave onto the garage on the right before York Ave.
Fair rate, good staff and no issue.
The good - Underground parking with direct access to the building. Attendant also does a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle before driving it away. That gives me an extra peace of mind. The bad - not a fan of valet parking in general, and especially during COVID-19.. price is a bit steep, considering that this is Cornell staff and patients only lot.
Fantastic hospital and services, but wow, parking garage attendant, Mr Polanco, was yelling at us almost the entire time we loaded our family member in from the wheelchair. We did pull in wrong, our first visit, we apologized, but he just continued to yell and gave NO Instructions. He yelled HE was on camera, we were not allowed there, and started filming us, our license plate, etc. as if we were escaping after we loaded in our passenger from the wheelchair. Bizarre.
