Tesla model 3 front windshield replacement. The installation itself was good, timely and professional. I was under the impression that the glass was ordered from Tesla and I was told it wouldn't affect my warranty. (Possibly a misunderstanding in communication). Turns out it's glass from a third party Chinese company. Now the heating element of the front camera is not working and there's nothing these guys or Tesla can or are willing to do about it.
