Tesla model 3 front windshield replacement. The installation itself was good, timely and professional. I was under the impression that the glass was ordered from Tesla and I was told it wouldn't affect my warranty. (Possibly a misunderstanding in communication). Turns out it's glass from a third party Chinese company. Now the heating element of the front camera is not working and there's nothing these guys or Tesla can or are willing to do about it. Bonne communication et très efficace
I had 2 windshields replaced on my to family cars at Rapid...Both were cracked. After having the first replaced I was extremely satisfied the professional attitude and extreme professional procedure to replace the windshield. So, being totally satisfied, I decided to have the second car with cracked windshield replaced also. I will be recommending Rapid Pare-Brise to my family and friends without any hesitation!! Great work....
