I received outstanding and quick service on my sump pump. Everything was replaced skillfully and at a reasonable price, and the technician even found and fixed another problem with my sump pump pipe that was leaking outside. The support staff was very helpful in getting me connected with service right away, which was crucial due to the recent storms. They managed to get me an earlier appointment when a slot became available. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service to others!

Herbert and Brendan were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I often feel anxious when searching for reliable plumbing services because I've had bad experiences with technicians before. I had an amazing experience with Herbert from Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing & Water Heaters LLC. This guy is truly professional and dedicated. We set a date for him to address my plumbing issues. Even though there was a snowstorm that day, Herbert was still ready to come over. He gave me a fair price estimate for taking out my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one.
