the plumbing team did an excellent job. i recently had a new garbage disposal put in, but the connector between the left sink drain pipe and the disposal kept slipping loose, so water was leaking out and making a mess under the sink. i decided to call a local plumber, and herbert was very polite and easy to talk to on the phone. he understood the problem right away and was able to stop by the same day between service calls. when he checked everything, he found the sink pipes had been set up the wrong way and there were sever... read more

Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing & Water Heaters LLC came out on Saturday the same day i called, which was a huge help when I needed a plumber fast. They were only the second plumbing company to even answer the phone, and a lot of other places were either closed for the weekend or never called back. Above and beyond. I was extremely stressed because my water heater was leaking all over, and I called in a panic for plumbing help. Ross was amazing and very patient with me while I was overwhelmed.
