We recently had an electrician install a ceiling fan on our high 14-foot ceilings. Richard was our electrician, and he did a fantastic job. I thought I had all the necessary parts, but Richard noticed the down rod I had wouldn’t fit the new fan. He was very understanding and let me get the right down rod while he went to his next job.
