Called this store on a recommendation for ordering parts for my Paslode pin nailer. Other places just wanted me to turn mine in and buy a refurbished unit. The friendly staff helped me fix mine after pointing at a few spots to look at and then said if you still need parts call us back. This is what customer service means.
I would rate it zero stars if I could. Dropped off my Milwaukee mini chain saw in September, it is now end of November, called 3 times for an update and every time we are told it will be 3-4 weeks. They will not call Milwaukee to get an update. At this point I'm thinking they either lost my tool or have been told it cannot be fixed and they don't want to give us the bad news. Do not bring your things here for repair, you will never see them again.
Eventhough it was curbside service, it was friendly, quick and people are knowledgable. Their delivery was as promised. Highly recommend them.
