Extremely poor client relations, communication and a dubious pay structure for research participants. Vague, undefined research participant payments supposedly loaded on a prepaid Visa card. Don't waste your time with these people.
Currently going through a weight loss drug trial here. I've found the staff to be very courteous and professional as well as fairly flexible. There never seems to be a wait unlike many dr offices and payment is always in my acct fairly quickly. My only complaint is that the latest appt avail is at 3 PM which means I have to leave work 2.5 hrs early when I come in for my biweekly checkup. Otherwise, if one of their trials can be helpful to you, I certainly recommend doing it.
