Very impressed all the way around! I haven’t had to visit RapidMed in a while, but I did today. The PA - Holly was amazing and was very attentive to my needs! The staff all the way around is very professional and caring and you could not ask for better service and care.
I know it’s only when we are sick and miserable that we come to Rapid Med but I am absolutely grateful to have them around!!! Yesterday my visit was nothing short of miraculous! The Practitioner J. Johnson - Phenominal!!! The nurse - I can not remember her name, I am so sorry! - Exceptional! "Worst place to go! Don’t go there!" This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. Not recommended at all. I should give it a 0 rating. I went for an EKG, as I was not feeling well and needed to check what was going on in my chest area. I had insurance and everything, but they started by saying that I had to pay some bill from 2024 of around 67 dollars. I asked them why that bill was there in the first place. IDK what happened to this facility, but AVOID!!! Always be your own advocate! Check your insurance EOB's to make sure all your payments add up to the TOTAL your insurance says you should have paid! They admittingly do not submit all their procedure codes in their claims to your insurance, even if you're in network with them! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING IN THE BACKROOM!
