Seriously cannot recommend this place enough! When I was at my lowest (seriously the worst hangover of my entire life), I called multiple urgent cares in the area to see if any of them offered IV’s because I was extremely dehydrated. Many of them were dismissive and even judgmental when I asked. Rapid Med was SO kind to me and helped me right away! Their staff was so caring and I didn’t feel any judgement at all. I seriously left there as a new woman and felt 100% better. Highly recommend. Thanks Rapid Med!
The wait to see the nurse practitioner was very long. When I was finally seen, she did not seem very open to my suggestions, even though I’ve been dealing with this cold for over a month. I am immunocompromised and have lupus, asthma, heart issues, so respiratory illnesses are especially serious for me. I did receive some prescriptions, and I clearly told the nurse assistant to send them to CVS. However, they were sent to my local pharmacy instead. My experience was great! My little girl wasn’t feeling too good. We went in, got an appointment on the spot, it was very quick to get to the back and out with the diagnosis, and a solution! We are grateful to have found this location.
The girls at the front desk were especially helpful.
I found my experience to be not only professional, but compassionate. All parties were kind, caring and extremely helpful.
