My family and I have always had great experiences at Rapid Med Urgent Care. The staff and medical team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility is always extremely clean and well organized. One thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are, even with last-minute visits. I went to Rapid Med Urgent Care after hurting my back, and I had a great experience. The check-in process was quick once I finished the paperwork, and the receptionists were very friendly. Lacy and the medical team was professional, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained my treatment and pain management plan step by step, which really put me at ease. I was very worried about my injury, but I'm so glad I chose Rapid Med Urgent Care.
