I don’t know if I would necessarily recommend people deter from doing business here, however my experience the other day was quite unpleasant. I called with a few question and spoke with Maria on the phone and she was very rude and just pretty much brushed me off. I have no idea how good this business is at their actual job but I can tell you their employees are inconsiderate and rude. I unfortunately got stuck behind one of their trucks when entering the freeway and got pelted with at least 20 rocks flying out of the bed of the truck. My dad and husband are both truck drivers and I know the driver is responsible for making sure his load stays safely on/in the truck. I needed some DG. Called these guys and they had good prices. I checked out their yard and materials were awesome. They sent me my load quickly. I made a mistake on my order. The supervisor called me and helped make it right. Definitely a great business and would go back again for my rock needs. Thanks a million.
I am a contractor and have been using Rapid Materials for several years now. They are fair priced, very quick and communicate well. I can't ask more from a material delivery service. Thank you to Maria, Juan and Raul for always coming through for APEXTURF!
