Been using rapid materials for over a year atleast 4 times a week half the time it's delivered and they do a great job of being on time and always drop the material in the street they dont drop on driveways or grass so they won't risk damaging customers properties... half of the time I go pick up the material I need and they open weekdays for pick up at. 4-430am the guy loading at the yard is super quick hes always there and knows everything about material if you are questioning what type of rock you need bring a sample and ... read more
Company has driver(s) that can not get off their phones to drive. They drive huge vehicles to be scrolling on their phones! This driver was in Queen creek on ironwood and didn’t set it down while driving and especially at a red light, he maybe fine crashing into another vehicle with being inside a big truck but could kill Someone!! I don’t know if I would necessarily recommend people deter from doing business here, however my experience the other day was quite unpleasant. I called with a few question and spoke with Maria on the phone and she was very rude and just pretty much brushed me off. As someone who’s worked several years in customer experience, this lady should not be working with customers. I have no idea how good this business is at their actual job but I can tell you their employees are inconsiderate and rude. I unfortunately got stuck behind one of their trucks when entering the freeway and got pelted with at least 20 rocks flying out of the bed of the truck. My dad and husband are both truck drivers and I know the driver is responsible for making sure his load stays safely on/in the truck.
