They ruined my Airbnb rating. I hired them since I wanted to support local's business. I was so disappointed at the quality of service. $200 for cleaning my 2 beds/2 baths apartment. Eric and his team didn't even bother to check on the trash and empty them. He told me that they did but my husband sent me photos and they didn't.
