They ruined my Airbnb rating. I hired them since I wanted to support local's business. I was so disappointed at the quality of service. $200 for cleaning my 2 beds/2 baths apartment. Eric and his team didn't even bother to check on the trash and empty them. He told me that they did but my husband sent me photos and they didn't. My airbnb guests complained on the first night that the place was filthy and there were hair. Even after receiving the photo as proof Eric still replied "When we checked there was no hair". Moved into an apartment covered in cat hair. Rapid maid (thank you Eric and team!)were very thorough, deep cleaned the entire 2 br apartment in 4 hours. Really great responsive communication, followed all of our instructions, and added nice touches like clearing the bottom of a bookcase to make room for shoes :)
