One star is well deserved. They will convince you to fix and do things you don’t need then overcharge you. The customer service and competence of the staff is little to none. I’ve been lied to multiple times. The bullshit is through the roof with these guys. And they are quick to and constantly curse at and belittle their customers. I gave these guys a few chances but now id never go to them ever again. Sorry
About a year ago, I brought my car to Rapid Auto Repair in Rocky Point, for what turned out to be a single faulty coil. I was charged $422 for the replacement, which I later learned was far above the reasonable cost for that type of repair. I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. As a customer, I expect honesty and fairness. Definitely not inflated prices, especially for such a simple fix.
