I’ve had Brayden come out for plumbing work a couple of times, and each visit has been a very good experience. He has always been fair with pricing, easy to talk to, and the work has been done right. I had a mystery puddle showing up in my master bedroom, so I called for plumbing help. Tracy arrived at my home in Brooksville very quickly, found the source of the leak, and explained the repair in simple terms. The price was fair, and the whole process felt clear and easy. The plumbing repair was finished fast, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Tracy was friendly, professional, and clearly knew the job well. It was a big relief to have the water issue handled so smoothly and without any stress. I have also ... read more

At first, i was unsure about the price since i did not see it marked, but i was glad they had the exact part ready ... read more

Rapid House Plumbing was very professional and gave helpful advice that saved us money. We had an emergency plumbing repair with a broken main water line under the house, and they explained the situation clearly and let us know the timing up front. At first, they said it might be about two days before they could get out because they were finishing another job. Then they called the next day and said they were about 30 minutes away and asked if they could come by sooner for the repair. That quick update and honest communicati... read more
