I don't usually give negative reviews but I would stay far away from this company. We had to get our furnace replaced a couple years ago so we called Rapid as a local HVAC company in Parker to replace it. After about 18 months the furnace started shutting off in the middle of winter for random reasons and I was having to change my air filter once every 2 weeks just to keep it going. Saturday morning and not only did they show up quickly, but the service was fast and they were transparent with their pricing. Quickly resolved without unnecessary upselling. Professional and honest.

This team was able to schedule next business day service to install a much needed brand new air conditioner/ furnace and hot water heater. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after and walked me through all the new equipment and how to use. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
Yesterday, March 15, 2023, the technicians repaired the air conditioner very well and explained the completed work. You won't come across any company like this that offers eco-friendly cleaning services. good job
