I couldn't ask for a better service , our boiler stopped working and with young children we were desperate for hot water , we contacted tony and he was with us within 24 hours of the initial call, he had come out and fixed the boiler with no fuss, he was very polite and professional. It happened again a few months later and i contacted tony and he said he would call me back an hour later. Doesn’t show up. Promised to install a new part for me two weeks ago and I’ve not heard from him since leaving me with no hot water. Very poor communication.

I have used Tony on 2 occasions and I have to say that you couldn't ask for anybody better. He is efficient, polite, and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him.

I live in Sticker and I had a problem with my boiler. Tony spent ages on the phone getting me to try things to reset it to avoid a call out charge - which I thought was awesome. He had to come out to find that we had a leak on the gas bottles. He and Danny fixed the problem. His communication was second to none and his charges for the callout and subsequent boiler service were very reasonable.
