Simon was prompt, friendly, explained the possible cause of the issue and what he would do to remedy it as well as sleuth out the cause. He worked quickly and with great skill. Not only do we not need to stay in a hotel again tonight, we should be free of the problem for quite some time. It feels good to know once we clean up from this current issue, we won’t have it recur for awhile. Great, fast friendly service. Five stars!
We were having issues with our toilet overflowing. We called 2 other places and we weren’t able to get anyone to come out and help. We have my entire family staying with us (9 people) because they had a house fire, so we needed the toilet fixed ASAP! Rapid Flush was very helpful on the phone from dispatch (Kelly), and we also worked with Gabe and Josh who were amazing! Late Friday night rescue. Got to our condo in south haven to find we’d had a sewage back flow. Simon completed the project in the dark and made an extra trip back to holland to pick up the power flusher. He explained the problem and solved it. We were grateful and enjoyed the weekend.
