They ruined my credit! I canceled my membership because I moved out of the area. They claimed they never received the cancelation notice and still charged me even AFTER I provided the proof they they signed the postal receipt. The owner assured me that he would look into the issue, but never did. Now they have TWO collections against me. Buyer Beware!!! I joined the gym for personal fitness after having my son last year.. I moved father out in my area and cannot afford the travel to and from the gym. Iv been trying to cancel for the last 3 months all the while still being charged gym fees. Iv spoke with several customer service people about my cancellation form that was never received an in return in gotten many different replys telling me I could fax a statement then another service agent said I could not some would say to email, etc. Iv had nothing but a world of problems... read more

I joined this gym for the Physical Training sessions. About 5 months later, I moved out of the area and had to cancel my membership. After I sent my cancellation form via Certified Mail, they kept charging my credit card. A year later and I'm still fighting these people. I spoke to several people including their director of operations who seems powerless to rectify the situation. Beware. Unless you want a world of trouble in the future, take you money elsewhere. Cons out weigh the Pros – The best part of the of the gym is the friendly front desk staff and that it is extremely clean. Great week end hour but horrible weekend hours. Sales person Mike on the other hand hasn't said a word to me in the year since the day I began working out there. A real downside to this gym is the business practices of management who can't seem to meet published deadlines/announced opening dates after losing there previous downtown Raleigh lease. Group Fitness – I love the personal touch of the group fitness classes. All the instructors are very personable and approachable. I have really enjoyed Body Jam with Marie and Body Flow with Naomi and Renee. They each tailor classes to meet individual needs. Marie brings an amazing amount of enthusiasm and energy to the dance floor for Jam and makes you have fun. Flow has been a great workout for strengthening, stretching and relaxing.

EXCELLENT GYM PROFESSIONAL STAFF – I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE GYMS. THEIR EQUIPMENT IS IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION AND THE MEMBERS SEEM TO TAKE PRIDE IN THE NICE SURROUNDINGS AND APPRECIATE HAVING A WELL MAINTAINED GYM TO GO TO. I KNOW THAT I DO.

I absolutely love Rapid Fitness. It's always so clean and the staff is very friendly. My workouts there are with group fitness. I usually attend Downtown and Glenwood clubs. I love taking bodypump, rpm, jam, and bodyflow. Rapid has the BEST instructors! The club has a very expensive feel to it, but the price is so right!! I highly recommend this club to anyone!

Great Gym – I have been a member of the North Ridge gym for about 3 months now. I love the classes. The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable. I would highly suggest this gym to anyone that is looking for a clean, high quality environment at the right price!
