I love this gym. Staff is friendly and so helpful. They are always answering questions and teaching members new information about healthy ways to care for your body. I have tried consistently working out in the past but always felt intimidated and embarrassed to ask questions. It always seemed like everyone knew what they were doing when they got to the gym- but I just didn't. I still don't know very much, but I'm no longer intimidated to learn.
