This place is terrible if you need customer service help. DO NOT GO HERE if you have even the slightest damage to anything on your vehicle. They will tell you its not their responsibility and make it very difficult to obtain their "evidence" as to why. I got hung up on 3 times by their claims department for just asking normal questions. Had a membership and went there with a very minimally bent license plate. I have been coming to this car wash since 2022. However 05/18/2024 i came to wash my Mustang & the top coat came off from the pressure of the water inside of the tunnel. They haven’t called me back yet.. the number that’s on their site is not accurate. Now i guess i have to show up and show out.
