This place is terrible if you need customer service help. DO NOT GO HERE if you have even the slightest damage to anything on your vehicle. They will tell you its not their responsibility and make it very difficult to obtain their "evidence" as to why. I got hung up on 3 times by their claims department for just asking normal questions. Had a membership and went there with a very minimally bent license plate. They shut wash down while I was in it, I saw them walking around with someone else's knocked off license plate during... read more
