Broke my factory fin antenna! Called the next morning to speak to management and they REFUSED to provide their corporate information nor would they provide me with a phone number to contact them. My vehicle is 1 year old car bought brand new and has never even been scratched! They told me it was not their fault and it was damaged due to age and being in the sun. RecommendedThe employees are so helpful here. I signed up for the monthly pass which includes unlimited washes and use of vacuums, towels and cleaners. All of this at a great price!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE Unless you want it damaged want I took my car there a month back and it damage my vehicle and broke of my passenger side mirror and I can’t get any response I filled out a incident report at the place and they refused to do anything

My car is super shiny and came out dry! Bonus for the free vacuums. Can’t wait to come back to use my unlimited pass. Best in Cypress/290 area
Used to like this place, great vacuums. But my $15 wash today wasn’t very good, I even saw the soap not evenly cover my vehicle. And discovered later in the day that the wash tore off parts of my (factory) antenna. Back to Blue Wave I go.
