If I could offer a lower rating then 1 star then I definitely would. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with and they do not honour any warranty for their poor workmanship. If you need any electrical work then look elsewhere.
Technician Leon came onsite to fix a control board on our main entry gate. Excellent Service, Very Professional service, fixed all issues that we where having and the gates are now working like new.
Initial inspection was simple and thorough with a reasonable explanation of the options available. Although Quotes took a little while to arrive we discussed them and felt like it was an honest conversation. The work was just finished this week (in less than a day) and the onsite crew was professional, tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I'd use them again if the opportunity arose.
Really happy with the installation of our solar system by the team at GCR. Luke was helpful and pleasant to deal with through the quote stage. Ross and his team were polite and tidy at installation time. A professional outfit.
The team at GCR installed solar panels at my home and the process from the beginning right through has been professional and the workmanship was very neat. We highly recommend their services.
