Answered phone immediately during very stressful moment of waterline break. Was on site within 2 hours with all equipment necessary for cleanup and dry out. Stayed in touch for a week until area was dry enough to start repair. Checked on our site daily for additional problems. Directed us to excellent professionals to help complete repair and recovery. So very grateful for all the knowledge they shared. First and only place to call for excellent teamwork. 🙂♥👍

Rapid Restore was amazing to work with from the first call when we discovered a water leak to the final touches of restoration. Every person that was a part of our mitigation and restoration process were super kind, respectful, and answered any questions we had! I highly recommend them and would no doubt us them again if needed.

Wesley and his crew removed all the damaged materials from the property, which meant taking it down to the framing, dried everything, and provided a full report by room showing all the measurements they took and when drying was complete. They... read more
