Owner was great!!! We shared the same political views!!!! Carpet came out amazing. Owner was very accepting and non judgmental especially with my LBGTQ community affiliation as I had my political flags hanging in my home office!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

Scott has cleaned our carpet several times times now. He is very dependable, on time, is very kind and polite and does a fantastic job !!!!! It’s very nice to have someone in your home that is very friendly and trustworthy. Every time he is done, my carpets look beautiful and brand new. Thank you Scott, I will never use anyone but you!!!!!

Scotty was very professional, taking care to completely vacuum before using their exclusive method for cleaning carpets. My carpet was dry to the touch in about 1 hour. I would highly recommend Scotty and Rapid dry for your next cleaning.

Had our carpets professionally cleaned after repeated attempts to DIY - which had less than successful results (carpets still dingy). Rapid Dry came out today and WOW - what a major difference! The service and options were carefully explained before cleaning began. All of the equipment was clean and in great shape. I saw Scotty’s van in my neighborhood and called the number on the side. The job was estimated and finished within three weeks of that call. Scotty is personable and efficient. Our pet stains were removed from our carpet and the process doesn’t take long to dry. He also got all sorts of stains out of our white furniture! I was very satisfied with the results and cost.
