I was totally pleased with the remediation work of Rapid Dry! I had a broken hose to my clothes washer and it flooded my laundry room and basement on a Saturday. They were prompt (they came out Saturday and Sunday), knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and careful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
I cannot say enough good things about Grant and his company. He came out fairly quickly and was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't end up needing his services, he went above and beyond to recommend various other sources for us.
