We had a pipe burst in our wall and when we called Rapid Dry they were there within an hour. They did a fantastic job, walking us through the insurance claims and doing a thorough job on the water removal. I enthusiastically recommend Rapid Dry if you have water/flood issues.
Grant, the owner, answered his phone on a Sunday evening and was at our door the next morning. His crew was professional and timely, communication was excellent, and Grant was on site daily. No one wants a back up in their basement, but Grant and his team made the best of a bad situation, and he did it for less. I hope to not need them again, but if I do, I am 100% using them again.
The company doesn't have a single certified employee. They're all blue-collar workers, and the quality of their work is terrible and they're unpunctual.
Grant is clearly a veteran and handled my situation in a holistic manner, quickly diagnosing root cause and making a variety of helpful recommendations!
