Grant is the nicest guy! We had a basement water leak while selling our house-it was an emergency situation as people were moving in that day! I called to have someone take a look and Grant literally squeezed me in that morning even though he had a busy day. He was super helpful, gave advice, and helped us assess what needed to be done at no initial cost. He went above and beyond in helping us! I would highly recommend this company and will be definitely using them in the future! Thanks Grant!
Grant the owner came and checked out an issue we were concerned about. Grant told us what was needed- which was much smaller in scope than what we were worried about. He knew what he was doing, explained what readings meant very clearly and gave us logical and reasonable options. We ended up not needing his services which I think is a sign of a true professional. He was not trying to make a buck off of us. He was defiantly worth the call!!
Grant came within 12 hours of the original call. He took a look and investigated our water damage even when we didn't end up on using his services that day. We now have a great game plan to move ahead with solving our issue. Great communication.
