Best hydrovac around . Very professional and dosnt mistreat employees
Very poor customer service. I can't comment on their quality of work, it might be very good. I had a time sensitive project that needed co-ordination with another contractor. I contacted Rapid Drainage (RD) for a quote, I was told someone would be calling me within a day or two. No response. After 8 days of waiting for a call back, I called again and was told someone would be to the property later that day for a quote and to expect an email same day. Quote received next day.
