Rapid Disaster Solutions truly exceeded our expectations. When my cousin’s rental was overtaken by mold in the basement and on the upstairs walls, their team responded promptly and handled everything with care and expertise. They were professional, thorough, and respectful of the home — cleaning up completely and restoring the property so it was safe to live in again. The job was finished quickly, allowing my cousin to move back in without delay. Five stars all the way — highly recommended!
Big shout out to Rapid Disaster Solutions for being such a help. A water line broke in my house in the middle of the night and causes flooding. Joe from Rapid Disaster Solutions was at my house promptly, very professional. Has left my house clean as possible, and shown upmost professional job these past few days. Becareful though he may throw things away in your house and promise insurance will pay for it and come to find out they are not covering it. Even after you showed concerns that things shouldn’t get thrown away.
Joe is the man. I had one of the worst possible mold cases you could have because of a leaking refrigerator water hose. Joe and his team got in and got my house right in no time. He communicated with me every day about what was going on and they took every precaution to protect the rest of my house once they started doing the mold remediation. We had some shingles blow off our roof, and Joe came out the very next day to assess and fix the issue promptly. His communication was excellent, and his professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!
I honestly didn’t think the home I was preparing to sell could ever smell and look so good. Joe and his team worked their magic and years of cigarette smoke and residue were wiped away. Worth every penny!
