Robert was very helpful through the whole process and very knowledge in upgrading replacing the transmission on my 2nd gen ram
Ill give them two star for being unresponsive. I called Thursday for a quote and spoke to a lady, and she asked me to send her the vin# for my two trucks and she would get back to me asap and she never did. I followed up today through the text message again and no reply. Communication is very big to me.
Don’t fall for the 5 star review. He asked to leave a 5 start review before he start working on your vehicle. I’m new to the trucking industry so I don’t know how much repairs normally cost. So my 2015 Hino 268 started to overheat when I idled but normal temp when I drive. I got back home after 2 days and took it to the dealer for inspection.
