The staff here goes above and beyond to help you. When I needed a CPAP mask replacement part (an air pillow nasal mask), I called and spoke to Denise. I didn't know a part number so she asked me to send her a picture. Even though the part was from an older ResMed machine (like 3 models ago), she went out of her way to track it down and offered to get the part for me in a few days for free. Rapid CPAP is by far the best respiratory service provider in the field! They provide EXCELLENT customer service, highly skilled providers, and definitely have the most affordable pricing anywhere! The low cost of their incredible Resupply program is unbeatable. We highly recommend this amazing company!
I was in town for my son's soccer tourny and discovered I left a piece of my tubing home. I called Rapid and Eric jumped on my issue and said come right over. When I go there Denise took over and found me the right piece. Best of all she refused to charge me since I was from out of town. I can't thank Rapid again . I found them responsive and professional. Just sorry they aren't closer to where I live.
