I had an amazing experience. I needed a rapid PCR for job clearance. The process to make an appointment is done online and is simple to complete. The staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival. I barely had to wait to be seen. Then received my results even faster than promised. Thanks.
Unfortunately they had to cancel my rapid pcr test with 1 hour notice due to being short staffed and they asked me to drive 25 min to another clinic. This was planned as on my way to the airport and the new location added 45 min to the drive, so it led me to almost miss my flight. However, I did get my results in 1 hour as promised.
Fantastic experience. Got my PCR results in under 2 hours for upcoming travel. Professional and courteous employees, too.
I had a great experience here! I went to get a covid test here after finding that all other places to book a test near me were unavailable. Staff was very friendly and efficient - I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. By the time I got home, my results were already emailed to me. If I ever have a problem finding a place to get a covid test in the future, this will be the first place I go to.
