I couldn't have asked for better body and paint work than I received from Rapid Collision Center. The repaired sections of our car were made as new within the estimated time and cost. Rapid Collision's Jeff Honcharevich was a man of his word. Also very helpful was Diane Pariza of Hertz, who worked well Rapid Colission to see that our rental needs were met in a timely manner and with ease for me.

Nate was extremely informative for the whole process. My parts took about 6 months to come in (not Rapids fault it's a GM issue) but Nate would call GM for updates and keep me informed the entire time. This was the 3rd repair I have had with Rapid and each time they meet my expectations. Highly recommend.
