Rapid Cold Air conditioning are an excellent company. We have purchased from them before but this time it was for a service. Cannot fault them, they are very professional.
This is the second time I've used Rapid Cold for my air conditioning installation, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. They're always responsive, quoting was straightforward, and work is scheduled promptly with the team arriving on time. I had my multi split quoted and installed within a week! Super quality work as always.
This was the third time I have used Rapid Cold and they continue to delivery great service. We had a problem with an air ceiling vent. Becky was able to get a technician on site within a few days which was great. Technician Bin arrived on time, quickly discovered the issue and resolved it. He did a very neat job and cleaned up all the dust afterwards. He also kept the damaged duct and took photos in the roof to explain what the issue was and what he did to repair it. We are very happy with the quality of the customer service and support Rapid Cold have provided to us over the years. We find Rapid Cold affordable and servicing easy to organise.
replaced my failed gas heating w a new daikin aircond. had extra return air vent installed and new ducting pulled through. rapid cold did good work. planned work in advance, laid out tarp everywhere, reduced qty of holes cut into my ceiling, and cleaned up after themselves. fair price for a daikin after VEU rebate compared to other installers. can recommend.
