I have been coming to this location every day for 4 days and it’s closed during business hours unless this place is permanently closed they should put a not on the door or something update hours on door and google . NO ONE IS EVER HERE .
I recently visited this clinic because I was previously seen by Dr Roche whose service was always above board. I'm not sure who the person is that tended to me a few days ago but I can definitely say I did not receive the same service and definitely not the same friendliness. I will not be returning the this particular location. Please let me know if anyone is aware of Dr current location is.
I was seen on 12/30/2024 at 5PM the front desk lady was very kind sweet I loved her professionalism however when I got to the back and was seen by NP Esther she saw my stomach I know that I’m not skinny but she straight said “ I don’t like how your stomach looks” I looked at her confused and then she tried to deflect from what she had said the office hasn’t reached out as they said they would this is why I don’t go to dr offices because of this I already know I am big I didn’t go in because of that I went in because I though... read more
I initially provided a negative review of the Nurse Practioner that I saw during my visit here. I do redact my previous statement now that I have an understanding of the issue to not at all be due to her care; but in fact a pharmacy/ pharmacist issue. NP Jessica was quite knowledgeable and kind. The front office staff was kind on the phone and in person.
