Notified them over a month ago that we wanted the head stone installed prior to my mother’s funeral. A month goes by and no headstone. I called and got a returned call. Was told they won’t be installing the headstone prior to the funeral because they were very busy. I asked why when I gave them over a month notice. I was told that the installers were taking a very long weekend and they were very busy. They have had my parents money for the headstone for years. Terrible service.
