My family and I have been patients here for over 30 years. I had made an appointment for my daughter to be seen and it was somewhat of a rush and I had decided on a Saturday morning to cancel the Monday afternoon appointment for her. Because we don't have health insurance, when I made the appointment, I had to give the clinic $120.00 that will NOT be refunded because I didn't cancel within 5 business days.
