dont pay for this terrible newspaper. Kota news is free and actually stays on top of local news. lazy, boring, newspaper that regularly misses top local stories. havent even put out an article for a local amber alert. which should be covered instantly by our local newspaper. could literally save lives by informing the public but two days later no mention. not worth payng for. they even allow ads to play out loud and are impossible to locate every time you open an article to read. thats distracting and annoying to say the lea... read more

Terrible newspaper. Once you are subscribed, they make it impossible to unsuscribe. They disconnect your phone calls. They use a template that is the same for all their newspapers around the US. It's lazy, yellow journalism. I gave one star because you have to give something.

In my experience, it doesn’t seem like they are interested in resolving your issues when trying to sign up for a subscription. I got a voice message, left a voice message and for my expectations, they have not responded timely. They have limited customer service hours, and have not been able to respond within their business hours. Really sad, I expected better from a home town paper.
