Very disappointed with this mechanic shop. They took longer than promised, charged way more than the estimate, and my car still had issues after the repair. Not trustworthy, all lies.
Had a great experience with Brock and his coworker. They were friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Initially, I had a check engine light on, and they were able to replace the components on the same day. I was able to drive my truck and run it for a while till my truck engine light came on again. I had to bring my truck back for a second time, and Brock helped me fix my issue quickly after I called him. The other codes during my first visit were gone, and he was able to fix the last issue. Had to get my car towed 95 miles to the shop because of a coolant leak. These guys got me in last minute and prioritized us because we were stranded 1000 miles from home. The issue wasn't fixable at the time even though they tried their best, so they didn't even charge us! I cannot thank them enough for their effort and honesty. Please give them your business, they deserve it! :)
If you care about your vehicle, don't let these clowns touch it. They are also very disrespectful to customers. There is no focus on quality or customer satisfaction. It's just about the money to them.
