When I have car problems I'm always a little concerned that I may be taken advantage of because I know absolutely nothing about cars. My wife had a problem with her Nissans heat and I thought for sure it was going to cost us a decent amount. After taking it in and having it looked at they determined that it was just low on fluid. From first phone call to pick up, Brock was fantastic! I’m new to town and had a service alert come up on my truck. Brock was able to get me in the same week I called! He was honest about what he found and the worked perform. I’ll come back here again for sure!
Stopped on my way because my car was acting weird. The owner was really kind and took the time to check everything even though I didn’t have an appointment. As a solo woman on a road trip, I felt treated with honesty and genuine care. Highly recommend this garage for their professionalism and kindness!
In the past several years, I've taken 2 of my vehicles to Brock and I've found him to be honest, reliable, conscientious, knowledgeable and reasonable in price. I've been in the business so I know what I'm talking about, plus, as a woman, I can say that he never talks down to you or mistreats you in any way. (I can't vouch for treatment of rude idiots.) :D
