I came to Rapid City Dental Clinic to make an appointment. They didn't have the services I needed. Dixie, the receptionist, and Tanya, also a receptionist and dental assistant, provided me with business cards of places that would be able to help me. They were very helpful and courteous. Other places I've been to that couldn't help me pretty much shut me down immediately when they didn't have the services I needed. They discolored one of my front teeth and they don't have any sympathy for rescheduling appointments but they can cancel your appointment and reschedule for you any time they want...I wouldnt recommend them ...they seem like some back door dental...I only cancelled my appointment one time cause my vehicle broke down on way to my appointment..which they had a problem with...and tried to reschedule again cause my son was sick and I guess I needed to get my son 24 hours notice of his sickness so I could call and reschedule with... read more

Their techs are remarkable. Very professional and great at what they do.
I truly had a good experience at Rapid City Dental. The hygienist was good and gentle. The dentist was very good and listened to what I needed. I appreciated their advice and the way they presented it.
