I've had experience with Melissa Bowers, my children's pediatrician, who I honestly believe saved my son's life back in May, she fought for 6 hrs on her DAY OFF to get my kiddo hospitalized after he presented with an 8 day fever, full body rash, peeling tongue, 214 crp, we went to er, urgent care, ped appts and was sent home each time, by the time he was finally admitted, he was almost septic. Been trying to call for multiple days trying to schedule an appointment and they dont answer. When we leave a voicemail, they never call. When they "answer" you have to wait on the phone for 35 mins just to schedule an appointment. Pretty dumb for a medical place to not answer phones. Don't want to just show up cause then that will be my whole day. Not to mention when you do finally get in they misdiagnose you with the smallest issue. I was a little worried about coming here because of some of the reviews but because of my current situation, I didnt have much options. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing CNP Jenn Sobolik who ended up being the best doctor/gyno Ive ever had. I felt seen and heard. She was very kind and caring and helped me feel better about an uncomfortable situation. She also went above and beyond to make sure I could get help for things that she wasnt able to help me with.
