Every time I go Dr and staff do their job. Urgent care if for quick reference and medication for your symptoms it’s not a Emergency Room. I know this and don’t expect that. Thank you for always being available when our Drs appointments are so far out. N don’t have to sit 5-8 hrs in an Emergency Room

Doctor's, there are good, but rest of staff. Never do their job, right? Had to wait to see a doctor 4 hours never got explained why had a discussion with staff just to get my note for work. When doctor riddy said it was okay they never send my prescription to the right. Pharmacy, or if they send it out at all 4 times they've never sent my prescription. I try to call back, no answer. I hope they can get better staff. Doctors are really nice and know what they're doing, but staff is always awful and rude. An unprofessional
