I love rapid care urgent care. I ditched kaiser and love that I’m in and out in one hour. Being sick is very unpleasant but rapid care urgent care makes it less stressful in seeking immediate care. It’s also very affordable. 5 stars all the way.
No one answers the phone. I can not get the results of my X-ray.
Terrible service. My boyfriend was told by the doctor that she was “too busy to see him” and he should just go to the ER (despite that he’s not in critical condition and that the ER will be even busier). Another time when I went, there was a sign on the door that they were closed that day, despite that I had made an appointment online earlier.
The providers are the worst . They never seem to know what is wrong . They just look at the clipboard and say everything looks good . The front desk people are a hit or miss . One time they were arguing about who would give my hubby a vaccine in front of everyone . So unprofessional!
