I use to love coming here when I needed to but they hired some new lady and she is absolutely clueless about how to help people. I told her all my symptoms and one of them is a migraine and said where’s your headache I replied with in my head obviously. Then she proceeds to check my throat and then after asks me “do you want me to check your ears” (why would you ask me if you are the doctor!!!! I love rapid care urgent care. I ditched kaiser and love that I’m in and out in one hour. Being sick is very unpleasant but rapid care urgent care makes it less stressful in seeking immediate care. It’s also very affordable. 5 stars all the way.

Terrible service. My boyfriend was told by the doctor that she was “too busy to see him” and he should just go to the ER (despite that he’s not in critical condition and that the ER will be even busier). Another time when I went, there was a sign on the door that they were closed that day, despite that I had made an appointment online earlier.
