Dr. Austin James M.D. of Rapid Care Albertville spoke with me less than 60 seconds. I came in with symptoms of strep throat, and two other medical related questions. All documented by the intake staff. He addressed two of 3 concerns and out the door he went. He said he would refer me to an ENT and failed to do so. He over prescribed medicine such as cough syrup when I gave zero indication of a cough nor did I suggest I had been coughing. I called today to follow up, get my referral, and had zero luck.
