I've been to this location a few times and never had any issues except for this time and it wasn't just one thing it was multiple, I use tap to pay, and it was stuck on processing for 2 minutes which is not their fault and after it finally went through, I first selected Tire cleaner did not work, I then tried selecting a bug off, that did not work also, also selecting pre-soak that also did not work. We had a problem with the wash not processing the payment that we tried three times. We spoke with a gentleman named Josh I believe who was EXCELLENT! The customer service is top tier ! Helped us and also gave us two free washes. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I love this carwash. The two for $20 is a great deal, and their locations are conveniently located so I can use the second one when I am out and about, without having a time limit on when it needs to be used by. I had an issue once where my receipt didn't print and wasn't given the second wash code, so I emailed from the company website while I was washing my car. Before I got home, I received a call from the manager and he texted me the wash code needed. Very responsive and friendly, I think his name was Ryan (I'm very sorr... read more
