I paid for a car wash at Rapid Car Wash in Macedon and the door never went up for my car to enter the car wash. I called the number listed for maintenance issues and got a voicemail. No one called me back.

I've been to this location a few times and never had any issues except for this time and it wasn't just one thing it was multiple, I use tap to pay, and it was stuck on processing for 2 minutes which is not their fault and after it finally went through, I first selected Tire cleaner did not work, I then tried selecting a bug off, that did not work also, also selecting pre-soak that also did not work. We had a problem with the wash not processing the payment that we tried three times. We spoke with a gentleman named Josh I believe who was EXCELLENT! The customer service is top tier ! Helped us and also gave us two free washes. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
