I’ve been going to Ali Automotive for about three years, but my experience has been consistently bad. The staff, including the owner, often seem rushed and ignore customers. You have to keep asking for updates about your car, and even then, they don’t give clear answers. The front desk staff is also rude, which makes the whole experience frustrating.
