I recently used Rapid Auto Shipping to transport my vehicle from Boston Massachusetts to North Carolina and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Mr. hunt and his team Took ample time to explain to me in great detail how the entire process works, and worked with me to make sure that I understood all my options for delivery for my vehicle with them and and assisted me with my many dozens of questions throughout the shipping process. I took a lot of time to research a carrier from Atlanta to Los Angeles and read some shocking reviews. Then I came across this company and it just felt right. 2 day open window pickup. They were due to pick up the car on day 1. I was impressed. The driver gave me 10-6pm window. But didn’t arrive or respond to text. Edward Hunt stepped in straight away and within 2 hours my car was picked up by another hauler on Monday evening. Arrived in LA on the Saturday a day early than predicted and in perfect condition. Ed Hunt did a great job arranging and meeting my deadline to pick up my 1968 Ford Bronco. He was patient & easy to work with even thru my demands and anxious husband. Communication on day of pick up/delivery was spot on. The drivers were very professional and I believe they took good care of my vehicle during transport. I would recommend Rapid Auto Transport & ask for Ed Hunt. ☺️

I waited for 5 business days for my car to be picked up at the dealership before reaching out to Edward and the team at Rapid Auto Shipping! Edward, Marco and Amanda is awesome in helping me to get through this terrifying process (I’m a foreigner and this is my first car purchase) They are great at communication! Edward even called my salesperson at the dealership multiple times to arrange the pick up without me asking him to do so. The process was super fast. I confirmed the order on Thu 3PM, car was picked up at 9.30PM Fri... read more

I shipped my car from Kentucky, and these guys were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They even suggested an enclosed trailer, which I wouldn't have even considered myself—little things like that make a big difference, especially in this harsh weather. I had many questions before booking, but their team never made me feel like I was bothering them. There was no upfront payment, which was a huge relief, and ... read more
