Traveling on vacation, truck warning light came on, Scott diagnosed problem, explained in great detail so we were comfortable with continuing our trip to fix at home. Great service

While traveling, had our check engine light come on. We were able to just call and stop in for them to check the service code. We were reassured that we could safely continue our travels and have the issue checked when we returned home. No charge and super friendly people. They would have done any needed work for us if it had been necessary.

Called about some work I needed done on my truck and was told very rudely to call back next week. I said that’s fine I’ll do that and he then said that he can’t help me anyway and hung up on me. Needless to say I will not be calling back. He’s very rude off the bat and only gets worse.
