Our SUV broke down in Fleetwood, and we scrambled on a Friday to find rental. Enterprise in Boone, never had cars due to students renting on weekends. The service was top notch, new Camry was clean and it got us back to Raleigh, until we returned in a week to retrieve our vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
We were camping in the area and wanted to rent a car to go explore. We called and 20 minutes later we were pulling out of their parking lot! Russ got us in a nice, clean car. Great experience. Great price. highly recommend!
Was not able to help me with acquiring a rental, they have to options unless you have a credit card, and I was offered no help, other than the words "Unfortunately we can't" leading me to fill as though my money wasnt good enough. FYI, Enterprise does offer other options with a deposit, My last rental, was very nice through them and they are extemely helpful , I do not recommend this place as they rely solely on whether you have a credit card (even people who dont pay their bills can get a credit card and abandon the bill, )... read more
They were extremely helpful, and the vehicle was in very good condition. Price was reasonable for a 15 passenger van.
