Great guy..great service ! Definitely recommend!
Kelly is a great guy. Honest and prompt. Diagnosed our washer and our microwave light above the stove. Fixed both issues and had to come back twice because of parts delivery’s. Only charged us one service call.
Worst service ever. Good workmanship if he ever shows up or answers voice mails or texts. There are more appliance repair guys in the Warren area. Check the net. My only mistake was calling Kelly in the first place.
Have been using Rapid for years. Always does a great job. Totally recommend
